Most of our custom products, including plastic name tags, have no order minimum. This means you can order a single name tag for yourself or hundreds for all employees at a large corporation. No matter the order size, you can expect the same high-quality craftsmanship and service we’re known for.

Do I have to design the name tag myself?
You can certainly create the design yourself when ordering custom name tags, but you don’t have to. We accept custom artwork and designs, but we also offer customization options on existing designs to make it as easy as possible for you. Our team can also help with design assistance if needed!
What fonts do you have available?
We have thousands of fonts for you to choose from. Whether you want a font that is bold and assertive or something more elegant, you can find it in our font database.
If you request a font we don’t have, we will do our best to find a very close substitute. Of course, nothing will be finalized without your approval.
Can I reorder custom name tags?
Yes! If you lose or damage your name tag and need an identical replacement, we can provide one for you. Just log into your account and click “Reorder Custom Products.” This will take you to your previous custom orders. You can choose the one you need and reorder it quickly.
Will I see a proof of product before production begins?
Yes! When you place an order for one or more custom products, our system automatically creates a proof for you. This allows you to take a final look and gives you a better idea of what the product will look like when it arrives.
What if I made a mistake while placing my order?
If you make a mistake while placing your order, such as inputting the wrong shipping address or misspelling a name, reach out to our team immediately. We are happy to work with you to resolve problems when we can, but we’ll have more options for fixing the issue if you contact us as soon as possible after noticing your mistake.
